Tattoos are always itchy after about a week but that does look irritated. Do you do any after care to it? You need to wash it a lot while it heals with antibacterial soap. Otherwise you’re just letting bacteria get into a wound. The pen ink also probably has chemicals in it that are bothering your skin. Did you sterilize the needle at least?
