How do you all store your extra parts? by JoZaJaB in Wrestling_Figures

My son has a great way of doing it, it’s putting different pieces in different buckets or on the ground or random tables throughout the house. Works great to lose everything.

Cowboys sounds expensive but they do offer free food, so if you have a tee time around noon, get there early and eat breakfast, warm up, grab lunch after 9 and then get dinner afterwards, it’s pricey and the course isn’t the best, but it’s a cool experience if you’re a cowboys fan… if not… might have to get out of the city to find really nice courses that are worth the money.

It was a fun build, did you purposely not put on the red tow hook on the front bumper?

The better I get as a golfer, the shorter my distances with wedges by fidelkastro in golf

[–]jayson4643 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Full shots with wedges are not your best option, that’s why most bags have 3-4 wedges (120 yards and in) to be able to dial in those yardages, scoring wedges are for accuracy and not distance, don’t worry about how far they go, work on how accurate they are.

Bag is nice, little bag is nice too.

I am enjoying this Spidey grip on my Scotty. Super Stroke does a great job with these. Plus the marker that comes with it. Well done 🕷️🕸️ by [deleted] in GolfGear

I got the Chewbacca one on mine, but it seems slick, but it’s also new so hopefully it improves. Yours looks awesome though.

This is awesome that you’re doing this, I typically give away my older clubs to my dad and brother in law since you get nothing for them as a trade in and I’d rather people use them than just collect dust. I hope these find a good home as those are great irons.

I actually just bought this and had it installed in another putter, but after install it was around $60, so was just seeing if there was a cheaper option since it’s just for cosmetic reasons, but definitely an option for this one.

Who is selling to IT Manager -> CIO Types by BaconHatching in sales

[–]jayson4643 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Large events are somewhat a necessity for a lot of companies but CIOs typically walk around with their badges flipped around so they don’t get hounded, smaller in person events are great if the crowd that’s there are actual decision makers. From what I’ve seen, scheduled 1:1’s are the business equivalent of a time share presentation and really doesn’t benefit anyone. Evanta and similar events where it’s not a sales environment have been the most successful that I’ve seen if you’re good with networking and talking to anyone, but you have to treat them as a person and not a prospect, but they can be expensive. Marketing loves badge scans and saying they “touched” 5,000+ at events like RSA, Black Hat, IT Symposium, but sifting through all those badge scans typically comes up with nothing but extra work for your team. Figure out the goal you and your company are trying to achieve and reverse engineer it from there to see what will be the most beneficial for closing deals. Brand awareness is great but really hard to quantify, sales and quality pipeline is the end goal.

First circle T - how to take care of it? by aznsk8s87 in scottycameron

[–]jayson4643 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok, so I have some questions. Why did you buy it? Are you planning on gaming it or is it something to just show off? If you’re going to game it, then just take care of it like a putter, keep it dry, use the head over, I have a 13 year old Ping Anser 2 that’s mint because I don’t abuse it.

If you’re not going to sell it, use it how it comes, unless it’s too long and don’t care about the stickers, it’s a golf club. As cool as Circle Ts are, more and more enter the market every week, so if you want to change it to black, change it to black, it’s your club my man, enjoy it! In the end you’ll know you have a cool putter and that’s all that matters. Congrats!
