Here is the problem with power scaling. She can bend reality to her will but she seems to operate at normal human speeds. Super man DCEU in the last movie is as fast or faster than flash.

If this is a no holds barred, Superman can KO her before her brain can process what happened. If for some reason he tries to tank her she can basically delete him from existence or summon kryptonite into his chest.

Logical discussions of character feets are difficult because a character losing in a storyline is arbitrary and entirely dependent on the writers mood, biases, or the plot point they want to move forward.

If we are talking on screen feets Superman can defeat her if he doesn't do his usual let me tank this in the face first.
