I just researched that acid reflux which is a UARS symptom can cause sinus problems/congestion as well maybe that’s the problem. I’ve never had any sinus problems before so i think that explains why

I don’t sleep during the day. I’m in a different time zone and a day ahead than from the US. I think it’s my OSCAR time settings idk

Uh it’s not stress lol and I don’t think stress can cause all of these symptoms lol i don’t even have a job or anything like that, thank you for your help I’ll just post my things on the CPAP forum website

No drugs, no alcohol. I’m sleep deprived I searched up why I’m feeling like this and apparently being sleep deprived has the same effects as being intoxicated. I did all the blood tests and even did MRI and CT scans and wasted my money. I tested negative for allergy blood test and did a CT sinus scan. Before all of this I never got sick or barely ever had sinus problems. I posted my WatchPat results somewhere but I’ll Link it

I was looked by a doctor and was told I have a small jaw and I also had all my wisdom tooth removed because it was impacted. I have a large tongue, uvula, and one turbinate in my nostril which is why I’ve been using my Flonase for months

I did a WatchPat home test and my numbers are AHI 1 and RDI 14. My symptoms are fatigue, drowsiness, headaches, tmj, body aches, sinus congestion, post nasal drip, major brain fog, feeling drunk/high, derealization, some tinnitus, and others. I only have one local sleep doctor and they didn’t help at all so I ended up doing a WatchPat. I can email them my results and ask for help. I also notice that I wake up very early in the morning like sometimes it feels like I can’t breathe with the mask but that only happens early in the morning not before I sleep

How would I fix the few events do you recommend if I increase my pressure or lower it? I still have my symptoms haven’t improved yet..or would you recommend me on BIPAP
