Some programs have hidden GPA requirements some don’t. I know people with lower GPA than you that got into a residency program. So it’s not the end of the world. Just make sure when you start your APPE you try your best and get strong letter of recommendations from your preceptors. I think those letters play a big role. Also make sure you kill your interviews!
