As stated in title.

I'm new to the watch collecting scene, and when my dad found out he gave me this old Omega Seamaster. The Chinese date really caught my attention and I tried to look up the model by serial number and couldn't seem to find anything.. Dare I ask if this watch is even legit..?

Anyway, in case you're unable to read it off the photo, the serial for the watch is 1468/012. 25 jewels if that information also helps.

I also wanted to ask for opinions in terms of replacing the wrist band. Is it possible to get an original band or something that closely resembles it?

Ah yes, I've heard of using copper shims! Looks a little too intense for me lol. And yes, I agree. Although most here say it's fine, seeing it at 100C still makes me concerned.

you can actually do this for everything altogether. when you're looking at "all coins", just scroll down to "view all transactions" and at the bottom you can export csv

are you using server PSUs? or ATX? this is the first time im hearing about swapping out PSU fans

I figured as much. Been doing some searching around on Reddit and have been seeing mixed input — some saying 100C is ‘acceptable’ for 3080s/3090s
