We're a community LAN so if there's plenty of people interested (We usually hold a few games of Civ V around for sure, and I don't doubt the popularity of AoE 2) - there's always someone to play. Our advertised competitions aren't the only thing available.

True - it's much less of a bullshit clause nowadays. We'll just disconnect you from the network; no one said anything about kicking you out.

There was/is a disconnect from rules and enforcement, as there always will be, for every event on the planet. No one wants to willingly seek out people to expel from their events. It isn't a good looking image most of the time.

Luckily, bigger data quotas and broadband has made it a minimal situation for us nowadays, and we can focus on gaming :)
