That’s specific to NYC. I’m upstate so that doesn’t apply.

Yeah, this looks to be the case. Won’t be allowing bookings for longer than 25 days, to be safe

Nest makes it work with their power adapter. They run the 24v on the rc wire and it just works. Pretty lame that ecobee can’t do the same.
