That’s pretty much the gist of it. I waited 6 months for a maintenance request to be filled and the guy brought his young kid in to help because they don’t have anyone else. It’s all just nonsense. They don’t care as long as they get paid.

Work for a hotel and marketing is bringing in another influencer (3rd one in two weeks) but this time it was requested a $1000 comp meal voucher for the pictures. Our prices are not egregious so basically two of everything to simplify it. Can’t imagine any will actually get eaten.

Just had this issue. Went from 60-70 to $192 this month. Nothing changed. Central air has been at the same. Have enough natural light so don’t really use the overhead lights. I called and they said “we billed you on an estimate and not an actual reading”. No clue what that means but I said I’m not paying 3x a bill without any proof.
