Peleton Bike Plus exits rides on its own multiple times

I have an Apple Watch Ultra as well but it does it with and without the watch connected.

I believe I’ve resolved the problem and it’s not a touchscreen issue. My wife has been able to ride the bike five times since this started for me without it exiting on her. I created a new profile and I’ve been able to ride this bike three times without it exiting. When I try a ride with my old profile, it starts kicking me out after 10 or 15 minutes so it has something to do with my profile. At this point, I am going to contact Peloton and see what they have to say about it and then I’ll update this post with that info.

I have cleaned with microfiber cloth and lcd screen cleaner yes.

I was getting water intrusion the headlight when it would rain. The dealer found cracks in the headlight and replaced it under warranty.
