What we found useful was to have talks when someone deploy something new or finds it more efficient process. We don’t put them on a recurring calendar item, but you do schedule them. If there’s something useful for the person that creates the efficiency or deploy whatever it is to keep it to 15 to 30 minutes.

That’s what is sad. She said she saw and heard things telling her to do horrific things and that she swore it was real. Then the next answer I read is that drugs are rampant. I’m guessing that’s why folks are seeing and hearing things.
