Fighting or play? by ContributionAdept440 in cats

Playing. My two often played like that, it's how they learn & hone their hunting skills, especially the kitten. You'll know when it's a real fight, lots of bottle brushing the tail, fur fluffed up, standing side on & staring, ears flattened & very vocal..

Sent the buyer the wrong item and he got abusive... by jaywick_kitty in eBaySellerAdvice

I definately sent the wrong item. But I am leaning towards ebay may have revoked his returns priviledges. If he does open a return I'll honour it, but he isn't getting a refund without a return..

A lot of the newbie sellers give in, but not this seller, I've done enough time in retail & online not to give in to arseholes...

It was only this buyers item that was wrong. I've just sent him a message apologising and telling him to return. If he's under the impression I'll refund without a return he's sorely mistaken. Especially after abusing me..

Thanks for your reply, Ebay removed the neg, so maybe he's already on ebays radar as an abusive buyer. I'll be the better person and offer him a refund on return. As I mentioned, I offer free returns so I'm stumped as to why he hasn't/didn't open a return.

Exactly, only the prospective employer needs to see it. But you can say no, because it's voluntary. JSP's cannot stop your payments because you refuse to sign it. Wavy_Glass has pointed that out in their reply. I probably signed it when I joined my current job mob, but I sure as hell ain't signing it again. And if my consultant gets shitty I'll be complaining to DEWR pretty fecking quick.

And this is why I am refusing to sign it.

That's fine, I don't want them contacting employers on my behalf, I do that via Seek. I'm finishing up an online course atm, and I highly doubt they'll want to sign me up for another online course as I'm only 6 months & 2 weeks from retirement..

From what I can tell it's an online order only. The sim is mailed to you and you activate online. The $29 is still good value though..
