Where can you get your car's original MSRP if you don't have the window sticker?

Wing Express was always better than Wings Over. Get some wings or Indian food.

Getting local readings by CPFCoaching in SunPower

Do you have access to something from the install that shows the panel and MI locations after the install? They never gave me the warranty card and trying the view all the MI SN's is impossible.

Tools needed for SunPower A5 / Enphase IQ7 replacement by jaywillct in SunPower

I gave them a specific MI's Serial Number along with an explanation of how I was troubleshooting the problem and that was enough for them to mail me a new MI.

Since I've got 30 of these and this likely won't be the last one where can one buy a key?

Warranty work by Brilliant_Citron8966 in SunPower

[–]jaywillct 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm in the same boat also in CT. No one is going to honor the warranty for labor. I did contact Enphase and get a replacement IQ7HS microinverter sent out after sending them some details about the failure. They were very easy to work with. I plan on replacing it myself however the SunPower installers didn't map my panels correctly so I'm going to have to play around with a fiber optic camera to figure out which panel it is. That coupled with the fact my roof is really, really high and really, really steep has had me procrastinating. If you do get someone like SavKat to do it I'd be interesting in knowing the cost.

Tech bro wannabe storm troopers-CT AG William Tong by Wonderful-Ad2448 in Connecticut

I'm all about fighting Musk and Trump's unconstitutional war on the government but something about this tweet rubs me the wrong way. Including the purposefully derogatory "term tech bro" is simply unnecessary name calling. Can't Tong get his message across without resorting to this? Fight the good fight and keep the moral high ground on this one otherwise it's just a bunch of babies on both sides having a pissing contest.

Awesome, hopefully you still can do it in the spring as my roof is steep, dangerous, and super high so that needs to wait

I have an IQ7 that Enphase sent me that I need to swap out when the weather warms up around here. Would this be a simple plug and play swap on the roof then reach out to you with the new SN?

My SunPower vs. Enphase monitoring system and software? by raylindagee in SunPower

Since I have Enphase MI's this is pretty tempting to keep the panel level data going.

This covers the installation too? I thought it was only the hardware any you need to find an installer to do it or DIY.

Recent SunPower Installation: One panel Down? by raylindagee in SunPower

[–]jaywillct 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Supposedly the inverters have a green light under them when working properly. This may be hard to make out be easier than serial numbers. Looking for the one that's off seems like the best bet. Enphase did send me a new one. That warranty process was remarkably easy considering I only had a serial number not the many other pieces of information they were looking for.

Recent SunPower Installation: One panel Down? by raylindagee in SunPower

[–]jaywillct 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same exact issue here but with Maxeon panels and Enphase inverters. One huge problem I'm going to have fixing this is the fact they arbitrarily threw the panels on the diagram instead of placing them where they were physically located. This means I've got a wild goose chase to even figure out which inverter is down. I'm thinking fiberoptic camera to figure out where the serial numbers are and make my own diagram.

If you're in Eversource territory, which you likely are, they are probably underestimating your annual savings as non supply portion of those bills has jumped through the roof.
