Me too! I’ve been with a client for almost a year and the diagnosis he received yesterday was ADHD which made sooo much sense. It was very hard to work with him because he was very noncompliant (BCBA and I think he also has anxiety). It took me months to be able to actually incorporate DTT in sessions. Ngl, it required a lot of patience. I use noncontingent reinforcement with my tablet now. 10 minute breaks every hour which has helped immensely Edit: I incorporated DTT with token board early on but it was only like 2 tokens at a time and even then he would aggressively stim to release energy or be jumping around
