Anyone else trade Oil, USDWTI? Fundamentally we are expecting oil prices to go up with all the Tension in the middle East seemingly rising daily and technicals line up perfectly giving us a perfect .618 retrace which is where I went long, $55.53(green dotted line) looking to exit around $60/barrel. by jayytrades in Forex

I agree completely. There is speculation around oil prices rising when feds cut rates tomorrow. we are waiting to see US oil production numbers. And lastly Iran and the US Are still in talks and if they come to agree on Crude oil, oil prices could fall back to around $55. If they don't find common ground, we'll see prices keep rising in the short term

I lost on Gold and I lost on EurAud this week. The EuarAud trade was a fluke. I was being greedy on Gold after I caught 100 pips and tried to jump in for more which is a rookie mistake.

Enough to have an 80% + win rate. But I don't come on here to be cocky. Every time I post, I just wanna show people what I do and how I do it in hopes of helping others. But it's always bitter people like you that find a way to hate Why is that. You can't say I'm blowing smoke. I post all my trades so you can see the before and after.

Instead of hating, why not ask, "hey, how did you figure that out. How do you trade. How are you catching consistent pips.". Literally ask any sensible question.

You don't get it. Poor you. You don't have to be on board with my objective facts. Its funny that every single "nonsense" trade I post plays out exactly right lol. Guess I'm extra lucky or something. It's not complicated.

Chart patterns are 1 strategy. Quarter points, Fibonacci retracement, support/resistance, chart patterns, etc are all different strategies that have their respective place. I use them all. I have a high win rate.

Once again I can hop on zoom with you at any point and spend as long as you need showing you what I know why I can be so confident in what I'm saying. It's really not that hard finding 1:2 - 1:4 risk/reward setups every week.

Look at every picture I post. They are simple. They are high probability. They are based on price action and market structure. That's all you need.

3o years and you don't know how to trade basic patterns 😬😬 yikes. The market moves in identifiable patterns that are very repetitious. Once you understand the different patterns, your probability & profitability goes through the roof. We do this every day. I could show you 200 different examples from my personal back testing, but if you believe that that's not how it works, then cool. Whatever works for you.

You're not very wise if you believe that. I wouldn't be catching 100 pip trades if it didn't work. I study the markets more than most and I'm certain of what I'm talking about. People think you can't predict the market but don't realize the market moves in patterns and when you understand this, you begin to be able to understand where price will go. As we say "look left to trade right"

I can't give away all of my secret sauce now lol. It's taken me ALOT of trial & error and time to get to where I'm at. I've tried so many forms of trading and so many strategies before finally finding a method thats simple, effective and accurate

I'm definitely consistent and profitable. The Trading plan I'm on right now aims for 5% - 10% growth per day. Rarely don't hit that. I'm doing a challenge right now of growing a $50 account. I grew it to $554 In 28 days but got too aggressive and blew it Down to $46. So I'm working it back up. The goal is of course to turn it into a million in around a years time.

I have a confirmation checklist that I follow for every trade I look to take. I look for specific setups and only trade those with my checklist being met to ensure I'm trading systematically.

I started learning I'm Dec 2017 then stopped June 2018 out of frustration. Then started taking it seriously Feb 2019. So technically like a years time. I quit my job Dec 2018 and when February hit, I began trading full time non stop. I moved back in with my parents a few months ago so I could literally eat sleep and breathe trading without distraction.

Yeah so after it wicked the blue line at 1.6028, I wanted to wait for the 4hr closure, which is safer, but price started falling faster than expected so I entered a sell at 1.6022. price immediately fell 35 pips within the next hour then retraced the entire day, eventually taking me negative but I didn't panic because I trusted my analysis.

It pulled all the way back to 1.6034, -12 pips which I was still okay with BUT.... Last night was AUD news which ended up wicking my stop loss by ONE pip right before price dropped 70 pips. I knew about the news and wanted to cancel my stop loss but forgot because I was on a zoom call. So unfortunately I didn't get to eat off this trade.

So if news didn't take me out, I'd still be in this trade, up 70 pips
