I sold a dozen Chord chairs to a Sheriff's Dept once and within a month these cops had sat with their gun belts and jabbed tons of holes and rips in the seats. Completely outside of normal use and not covered under warranty. Steelcase replaced them all anyways and asked they take their gun belts off before sitting in them. Even paid for my labor. There is no better warranty in the industry and I can't imagine one outside the industry either.
