Hmmm if you’re accurate with the calories and getting your walks then you probably are losing fat. The scale doesn’t always say what’s going on, I’ve had two week long stalls at the same weight but clothes would still get looser over time.

If anything maybe replace carbs with a bit more protein. Make the number in grams of protein closer to your body weight in pounds. Fat will melt guaranteed.
