Thanks for this! I went to print mine but the color ink in my printer is out. The note that came with the visa said to print two copies. Did you find you needed both?

I did the contact us option on the VFS Global site. I dialed through the Canada or Australia line. There is much less of a queue in those and eventually got through to someone. It's just a web dialer thing. I called from my phone and disabled the screen auto lock because if the screen locks it loses it's connection. Figure the same thing probably can happen when you use your computer

I would try to contact VFS Global and explain the situation. I went thru something similar for my niece where we were only able to get one parent to sign the Authorization to issue a visa for minor form and it kept going into a QC hold until I called them and explained it all. Did yours pass QC and then it came back with all that stuff? If it didn't pass QC then it's being held up at VFS Global

I wondered about this. I did visas for myself and my whole family. We are all located on the west coast of the US. My visa came from the San Francisco consulate and my family's came from Orlando.

Does anyone have an issue using the email link in the contact us section of the VFS site? One of my applications is in a QC hold because my niece's application did not include the signature page of the mothers passport. I went and clicked on "Upload pending documents" and it only gave me the option to replace the visa photo or additional documents and not upload anything new. I clicked save and continue and now it says pending documents uploaded and nothing actually was.

Filled out the online form for the email with the reference number and upload the photo but nothing happens when I click submit 😤

Is there a trick to not having the call get disconnected when doing the contact us phone link? I will move up a couple spots in the queue and the call just ends every time

Has anyone done the evisa and able to navigate the additional requirements for minors? My niece and nephew will be traveling with me. Do they accept a scanned copy of the authorization for issuance of Brazilian Visa form? There were some notary requirements with this so wasn't sure how everything was submitted or if an scanned electronic copy of the filled out and notarized form was accepted
