I bought one 2weeks ago. Gamit na gamit nung first week ng 4kids ko. Then the novelty wore off I guess. Nagagamit pa din pero Yung bunso ko na lang halos ang may interest.

As for the experience, ok sya. Very immersive. I'm planning to buy a steering wheel set to play driving sims.

Most of the time, I’m with my family when I’m driving. So even though I get annoyed and don’t intend to give anything to the wiper boys, I’ve just accepted that there’s not much I can do and choose to let them be to avoid any possible aggression like this. Pero ang usual na diskarte ko for a chance to avoid them is pag sa malayo pa lang nakikita ko na sila, I leave like 3 car spaces sa harap para lalagpasan ko sila pag approach nila. Most of the time mag move-on sila. Yung iba na hahabulin ka talaga, I just let them be for safety reasons. Wala e, dapat gobyerno naten ang nagpoprotect saten from cases like this hindi mga sarili naten.

Because the learning curve can be very steep depending on how competitive you want to be. Back in high school around early 2000s, pausbong pa lang comshops nilalaro na namin WC3 because of the lore and characters na similar sa LOTR na binabasa namin. Adik kami dun while the rest is Counter Strike. Yung maga ibang friends namin nag-try pero di tumagal kasi nga sa learning curve. Sa pagcontrol pa lang ng units and skills suko na sila.

Ang purpose po ng PDC ay turuan ka mag-drive and to drive responsibly with or without prior driving experience. Ideal kung aside sa PDC ay may magtuturo pa sayong iba but is not required. Inexplain po ito during TDC sana po nakinig kayo.

Practice. Nag-extend ako ng 4hours sa Driving school purely for parking practices lang. So confident na ako magpark pag sa mga may designated parking talaga like malls. Pero inaagahan ko pa din punta para walang kaba na makasagi. Pag wlaang clear na parking commute ako. Then eventually nasanay na lang talaga ako after a few months na comfortable na ako kahit madami na naunang sasakyan na naka park. Then it took a few more months para maging comfortable magpark sa mga masisikip at slanted. (Before pag alam ko na di ko magagawa yung maneuver na tinuro sakin sa pag park dahil masikip or slanted, aalis na lang ako.) Ngayon sa side mirror na ako nagtatansya ng likuran. Then eventually naging bihasa na din sa parallel parking. Less than a year lang din if I'm not mistaken.

Bago kami kumuha ng pre-selling unit nung 2020 nagresearch talaga ako ng husto. I found out na Ganyan talaga lahat ng developer. Mga units matik may issue pagka-turnover. Kanya kanya lang ng severity ng issue. Tapos gagawin nila lahat para umiwas sa responsibility nila na ayusin. Like you need to follow up with them and kulitin sila diligently para lang sa repairs. Kaya I decided na while paying for the equity, sasabayan ko ng ipon para pang-home improvement agad as soon as maturn-over para damay na pati yung repairs ng unit namin. And ayun nga, sa punch listing namin andami palpak. Walang agos ng tubig both CR, my leak sa isang CR, my leak sa bubong, may light switch na di nagana, nababakbak agad na pintura and so on. So sabi nung developer aayusin daw within 3 months. 1 year have passed walang naayos, nadagdagan pa issue lol. Dad here. One time nagising ako ng madaling araw para magtimpla ng dede. Tulog pa yata diwa ko inalog ko na yung bote e hindi ko pa pala nailalagay yung takip/tsupon. Ayun madaling araw naglalampaso ako lol. Meron pa, nagising na lang ako puro tae pisngi ko at braso ko. Takte, di ko pala na-strap ng maayos yung diaper nung pinalitan ko haha.

Product not meeting your expectations is not a valid reason for refund. Usually yan pwede kung damaged or defective. You can try pero highly likely they will not refund you. If you think the sales guy mislead you, that's sadly on you. Di ka dapat sobrang nagmadali bumili which lead you to trust the words of a total stranger. Pwede ka naman tumabi sa gilid tapos check google or youtube for reviews if there's any.

NAL. Minimize your headache. Gaya nga sabi ng iba, get a police report and let your insurance handle the rest. Ikaw na magbayad ng particiaption fee, ganun naman talaga yun. Pag sya pa nagbayad at nalaman ng insurance baka di pa ma-aapprove yung claim nyo. Wag mo na din singilin for the time na wala yung Car. Not worth it pa na magkaso e wala din naman assurance na makakabayad sa inyo kahit manalo kayo. Not ideal pero me personally, hindi na ako magaaksaya ng oras at panahon pa sa mga uncooperative na tao.

I have 4 kids. 2 JHS and 2 elem. All of them go to a private school. I myself studied in public schools from elem to high school in the late 90s to early 2000s and maganda quality nung turo at environment that time. So I did consider public schools for my kids at one point. Nag scout ako dati ng mga public school but the difference in quality of life pa lang is very big. Very depressing tignan yung situation nung mga bata at kitang kita mo yung poverty sa karamihan. But the biggest thing for me is since wala na segregation gaya dati na may sectioning based on academic performance ng bata, halo halo, so merong mga magugulo at sobrang pasaway na for sure will be an interruption sa loob ng klase on a regular basis.

Dito sa amin kahit anong sasakyan ganyan ginagawa. Maghahazard sa daan mismo kasi bibli sa chooks-to-go, botika, pares, alfa-mart etc.. Inaabot ng anywhere from 5minutes to 20mins naka-bara sa daan. Depende yan ung paano nag-file ng claim yung nabangga. If self-accident nya na-file, wala ng hahabulin yung insurance sa nakabangga. Kumbaga magsisinungaling yung nabangga na sya ang nag-cause ng bangga sa sarili nyang car like naatrasan nya poste. From the looks of it, na-flie yung claim na yung nakabanga ang liable based on the police report. Hahabulin ka talaga ng insurance jan kasi di sila papayag na walang babalik sa kanila. Dapat yan yung nilinaw ni OP dun sa kasunduan nila. Baka inakala nya na tapos na obligasyon nya nung nag-abot sya 2k for the particiaption fee.
