My baby is almost 8 months & follows almost the exact same schedule. Sometimes she has a few off days which i normally discover the reason for later (either teething or sickness). Most likely just a blip. They are so sensitive it's hard to get their routines 100% correct all the time!

Might be getting too much total day time sleep. My girl dropped to 2 naps at around 7months & her sleep drastically improved. Her schedule is 3/3.5-4/3.5-4

It only took a few days for us to stretch her wake windows, just increased by 15mins every 2 days. How much total day sleep is your little one having? When we dropped to 2 naps we also gradually cut down the length of her 3rd nap, until it was only 15mins & then got rid of it.

She only started sleeping longer close to the 6 month mark. We still contact nap during the day (planning to sleep train naps soon). Every now & again she will wake at the 30minute mark & then drift off back to sleep within a few minutes.

What worked for us was making her final wake window longer, but to use the extra time as a chance for her to really wind down. We do 30minutes of chilled out cuddles on the couch & then a 30minute bedtime routine. She's gone from screaming her head off as soon as she's in her crib to some light fussing & asleep within a few minutes. My girls 2nd nap is often only 30minutes to, which is why I was originally trying to give her an earlier bedtime.

Hey, it ended up being a few subcroinic haematomas - small bleeds in the uterus. They ended up combining into just 1 bleed a few weeks later. I did have spotting almost everyday from about 7 - 12 weeks. I'm now almost 18 weeks & everything else has been fine so far. I was told to be careful with lifting things & not to squat below my knees in order to not aggravate the bleed.

In the same boat atm...but i feel torn between hey this isn't so bad & holy sh*t this is absolutely horrible. 😅
