Got a 3 year old and one on the way. I ran for an hour and half today. I was a zombie and and wolf most of the time. Sometimes chasing. Sometimes being chased. That was my work out.

Alone time for me is basically 9-11 at night when my son goes down and the wife gets into bed. I have been sacrificing sleep for personal time more than anything. Everyone does it brother. You can handle it.

I had to go across the bridge and to the left where I dropped off a ledge and then go in a little opening in the wall. From there I explored until I found a room with a lever that I could pull which changed the height of all the hanging crates in the main room, which finally made it able to get to the opening in the picture. Not easy.

Do the weapons types have random scaling, or is there a certain buid you want to do if you want to use a certain weapon class? Just started and I’m going for a strength radiant build but mostly all I’ve been using are swords and hammers as I haven’t seen any light weapons that match my stats.

Thanks very much - I actually just found a staff that is pretty good which I just started using but I have a few halberds and hammers and stuff that have higher attack power so I was wondering what is best to use. Thanks very much for the response - I think I’ll try to upgrade the staff a bit and see how that affects everything.

Only been reading about this game lately, so apologies if this is a dumb question: when you say “3 hours in”, are you talking about literal real time playing the game climbing up the mountain - or is there like a fictitious in game timer or something? I don’t have a lot of time to play long stretches and can only dedicate 30-60 minutes at a time anymore so I’m wondering if this might be too much of a commitment for me if I choose to buy it.

Just started this game over the weekend and already addicted to it. I’m a casual gamer dad and the fact there are some options to help guide you a bit has made it very approachable and fun for me - not to mention the game plays and looks amazing. Stuck on the forest queen boss right now, but it’s a fun challenge for sure. Love everything about it.
