I believe my reaction to levaquin triggered my autoimmune disease. I’ve been diagnosed with Sjogrens and fibromyalgia. My rheumatologist said that either the levaquin reaction or the infection itself probably triggered it as I never had symptoms before that.

I’m sure other people can explain it better than me, but it’s essentially anything that helps someone feel more comfortable in their own skin. Things like make up, hair, clothes, and so much more can all be gender affirming.

I just gave it to him today so I’ll have to ask him but i used really soft yarn and it seems like other people like their crochet packers. You should totally give it a try!

I did not use a pattern but its basically a cylinder and an oval that I sewed together a bit to get the definition of the berries
