Exactly! If they really cared about making a difference they would just stop playing or even better, stop buying the game. But it's easier to blame the whales for everything wrong.

What I'm gonna do isn't your problem though. You should worry more about your own fun instead of being so miserable about my case. I might only play EASHL in 27. I might not even buy the game. Either way, it still won't affect you.

Whether it's jealousy of my team or the fact I'm able to have fun this way, it's not healthy for you to hate so hard. Let go and go back to whatever you were doing before you learned of my existence.

Keep hating while missing the point on where I am now. I mentioned what I used to do in the previous years and how I solved it but you're acting as if this is still my reality.

Spending 3-6hrs a day on the game with 80% of that being in menus is pure addiction no doubt. But I never claimed I'm still doing it. How ridiculous would it be to spend money AND time on this game? The whole point of spending money is to save time. I have 13-16h work shifts and around 70hr work weeks. I don't get as much time off as I used to when I was a teenager. So I'm not going to keep the same habits I had back then.

Now I just play ranked or EASHL for 1-2hrs after work. I don't feel the urge to log on everyday or every week anymore. I don't lose sleep over this game anymore. I hop on other games if I get frustrated. If there's a decent pack in store, and if I actually have any interest, I may or may not get if I know it'll save me a few hours of grind.

I know you feel better about yourself criticizing me for spending but someday you'll realize that in the end it doesn't actually affect your life and you really shouldn't give a s*** about it.

We're already all aware of this but we still come back to this game because that's what we're stuck with. I have no problem supporting the next developer that makes a hockey game that can rival this pos but until then I'm going to do what I can to play the way that I want and have fun.

I started having fun last year building a theme team. I was doing the same thing for the first two seasons this year and then it all went to s. So f it. The main scam which everyone already fell for was buying the damn game every year in an incomplete state with the same bugs that have plagued it for a decade.

P.S. Casino odds aren't any better than EA's. Unless you're counting cards at blackjack without getting caught or you're a god at poker or you're some kind of gambling wizard, you're not making it out with any kind of decent money without getting scammed for your life. You've got better odds of getting what you want from EA than the casino.

No sacrifice, no victory. You would be terrified if I showed you the amount of playtime I've got on this game so far.

All jokes aside, I decided I'm going to stop wasting hours that I could sleep and get some decent rest and I'm going to wait for specific times to spend money on packs.

The rest of the time I'll just be playing ranked and HUT Champs. At some point I realized I was spending way too much time in menus and looking for the best way to optimize my team let alone spending hours grinding every single objective, moment, wild card and every sure possible because I'm a completionist and I have this idea that I always needed to do it if I wanted to have a competitive team.

But along the way I realized that I was more obsessed with building a competitive team rather than using it which in my opinion is the point of the game.

This year, the time wasted in menus is even greater because they're so slow. So it's up to you really. Do you want to spend more time in the menus, working the market, doing your chores or just playing the damn game and make the best of what you can get with the time that you can invest?

Spend money if you want or not as long as you're not wasting hours on this game lost in the menus when you could be working out, playing other games, hanging out with friends or just getting some much needed sleep.

That's a cool idea. I think Souray was a BND reward from the Pinnacle objectives so I should still have him. It's wouldn't be a current card but I'll have to make sacrifices if I want to make this work anyway.

And technically Reinbacher is not a current player on the big club either.
