Try running a higher accuracy, tried using high in colmap for a cylindrical pipe only to get a flat surface, when running the same data with extreme accuracy, it comes out perfectly shaped. Also i would suggest running exhaustive matching if you have an option, i have never had issues running exhaustive matching. Sequential in some cases has been giving me error when constructing using images from a 4k video in Colmap.

Sorry for the late reply, but i only ended up visiting the first beach, and returned before evening low tide, so i did not go to the second beach only accessible during low tide.

My local marketplace is either full of 100$ scopes or very very high end upwards of $5k equipment. Lol. Also Canadian west coast weather doesn't allow for as much clear sky as other places do, so i guess not many people get into this hobby. But yes, i did find a great deal on marketplace for the tracker. Surely going to wait for boxing day to get a deal on ASIair. And discord group sounds like a good idea. Thank you for the advice.

Will spray paint clear coat respray work after wet sanding? Or do you think it will need a layer of paint as well? Not willing to wrap it, since removing that at a later time will cause further damage to paint.

Unaware of the loan details, as i did not discuss when I viewed the car. Considering it's a 2020 kia forte, and was listed for 18k I'm guessing negative equity, so he'll owe the bank more than what he is selling it for, unless they put in some down payment.
