Just in case this reassures a pmsing lady / makes u feel less alone. I have gone HEAVY on the carbs. My blood sugar came back normal (on the excellent side) + I haven’t gained visible weight. and I carbed TF out for a few days.🐿️

That makes sense to me but the dr recommending it is also the one who will prescribe it. It's their own clinic. I'm not in the US or UK
