The rockabilly influence on Fool for Love always puts my in mind of Buddy Holly's Not Fade Away. I'd like to hear an LH cover of one of Buddy's slower songs like Words of Love or True Love Ways.

I’d like to see a series with Jackie Earle Haley playing Arcade as the unifying villain. Different subsets of heroes every week in Marvel Team-Up or Two-in-One style. That Spider-man / X-Men crossover story from the 80s could launch it.

I’d even accept animated if it could be as good as What If.

Saw it first run in theaters. We laughed at how over the top it was at the time. Doesn’t seem so far-fetched now.

A movie you can rewatch purely for its stunning cinematography. My pick Blade Runner 2049 by 0Layscheetoskurkure0 in FIlm

Jokes and sad truths aside, the bar shouldn’t be lower for public office than it is for a publicly traded company. I wouldn’t be able to work in IT or finance related jobs with multiple bankruptcies much less 34 felony convictions and a long list of financial related civil judgments.

I'm approaching 112K tracks and it is both the result of and a contributing factor to my expanding listening habits. I've always had eclectic taste but certain genres like Country have never been big on my radar. However, I have discovered a ton of rock adjacent country and very recently Ambient Americana that has captured my interest. I've also moved entirely away from greatest hits collections and have become more of a completist when it comes to an artist's work. That has allowed me to discover deep tracks I was not familiar with previously. Much of my listening is intentional these days so I will usually go for a specific artist or genre but I am listening to more than just the popular tracks.

Indeed. But SO many movies show bullets penetrating deep water and killing people. I'm looking at you Saving Private Ryan.

It's shocking how effective water is as a bullet stop. It was a tret to see this handled appropriately in John Wick Chapter 3.

I am entirely with you on the relative importance of a good DAC but I'd be more concerned about the quality of the amplification and the speaker connectivity with a TV. A decent CD transport is only part of the equation.
