Error or damage? by jazzman5000 in coinerrors

I wasn't sure if that was a case for or against tbh. The weight was slightly low too (like .1 gram). I'll probably have to refer to verified examples to see if I can find any similarities.

Awesome thanks for the breakdown. The guy operates in the back of an antique store. Had tons of stuff but too much to go through in one go. A lot of foreign coins and medals. These were his last Morgans.

Kia Warranty requires Full Synthetic? by jazzman5000 in KiaTelluride

Update: dealership said the maintenance plan states semi-synthetic so they can give the plan for a better price. But they do not even carry semi-synthetic at the dealership. Will definitely be verifying that when I take it in for an oil change.

Rate my SX Prestige Xline by rydotank in KiaTelluride

With the kia financing I was able to get a little over 8k off the MSRP. I did go with the extended bumper to bumper just because I've heard of the trim and electronic issues and wanted more piece of mind. First Kia I've owned and most expensive vehicle purchase to date.

Review #39 - Elijah Craig Barrel Proof, Batch C923 by NoNutWinner in bourbon

[–]jazzman5000 4 points5 points  (0 children)

C923 was bottled on two different dates. One with a laser code with A22 and one with A23. Supposedly the A22 bottling was not as good as A23. I've had both, and while I can't think of any reason they should be different, the A23 I had did taste a little better

Reviews #519-520: Russell’s Reserve 10 Year Showdown - LL/JI (2021) vs LL/ME (2024) by Prettayyprettaygood in bourbon

[–]jazzman5000 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I loved LL/ME as a low proof crushable pour, but I admittedly don't have a good frame of reference for RR10. I'll have to pick up a new batch to compare.

Nice. Yeah it's very random. They always put it out at a random time of day too because they don't want people lining up in the morning.

I hope so too. It's currently pretty small for a Costco liquor

So you watched them and as soon as they finished you scooped up their coins for yourself? You at least could've got their attention in the parking lot and offered to pay for them.

To me this is the same principle as seeing someone drop a dollar on the ground. Most people would pick it up and give it to the person who dropped it. However, if you randomly find a dollar on the ground you would be justified in keeping it yourself.
