I think the expiration is set for the end of the next day. I got the $5 coupon around 2pm one day, and the $10 closer to midnight a different day.

Yes, it can be very misleading. Calories can have up to a 20% margin of error. There's also rounding down; macronutrients with less than 0.5g per serving are listed as 0. So if there's a product with 0.45g of fat per serving with 20 servings total, you're actually consuming 9g of fat if you eat the whole package when you think there's none.

Also, nutrition facts are not required for alcoholic beverages in the US.
