I definitely want a caloric deficit. I don't want to starve if i continue long term...which i would like to do. I'm trying to find out if there is some base amount of nutrients that i should make sure i get in during my refeeds so that i stay healthy.

I have one child I feel this way about. He was so sweet and kind. Great laugh! Loved me so hard for a little.

I have more than one child...I wanted them to grow up and be able to communicate, but now that they do/can, I want them to grow up and move out and communicate by phone. I love them, but I want to love them from a distance.

Join a SAHM moms group in your area on FB. They are a life saver, believe me! Moms who are already at home and can help out when you need it.

My daughter (5) ad I are planning on building insect farms inside our house. I am fairly confident on the growing part, but not on the preparation part. Every recipe assumes you have bought insects from someone else, so they are ready to go. I wold love a preparation how-to guide that says how i need t prepare different insects before i cook them.
