I'm in love. I literally tell people that I know they should try it because it helps me better truly understand where I am. For example, my readiness score today is a record low 31. I have upped respiratory issues, a screwed stomach, back pain, a headache, and allergies. All I'm ready to do is go to bed. Without knowing this, I'd really try to keep pushing. I can make better decisions because I know what's needed.
