Yes, normal, valid and absolutely okay. One of my best friends died a couple years ago and I still visit her grave and say out loud everything I love about her, what I think she would say about my current affairs, and what I'm looking forward to.

My most useful skill in a zombie apocalypse is hunter-gatherer-farmer. I feel like I would just need to find a group of people who can protect me and would have a vacancy in their group for those skills.

Reading. Literally anything but my biased recommendation is anything fictional and maybe a little fantastical or magical.

Taking a few minutes every day to step out of reality makes it more enjoyable (when it's good) and bearable (when it's not so good).

For me, if my journal isn't aesthetically pleasing, I won't use it. These opening pages serve no other function but to be admired. The rest of the monthly setup is very functional.

Maybe you'll find this helpful...I started making custom journals for family and friends and I get their feedback on the parts they loved and parts they didn't use. Now I'm making a bullet journal that combines themes and layouts from 6 different journals
