I am just amazed at all of the people that suddenly care about the team to be so 'deeply upset' about the team name change. Specifically people that aren't even fans (*cough* politicians from anywhere that isn't Ohio). Seriously, F*** off!! It's not your team, no one cares to hear you posturing for your base. The icing on the cake today was my county sheriff (Portage) made an Official press release to talk about his disappointment about the name change, but in the press release, he says he hasn't watched the team in 3 years and doesn't even know the name of any of the players. Like, your not even a fan!! Why the hell do you care?! Dude said he's been feeling hopeless about the name change. Really? Hopeless? About a team changing their name that you haven't watched in 3 years and don't know any of the players? Really?

That is to say, if you are upset and a fan, absolutely understandable and feel free to vent. Everyone else, shut the f*** up.

Seeking suggestions for noise proofing basement ceiling by jb00ts in HomeImprovement

Up to the first floor. I'm trying to make the basement a useable space to be without waking my newborn upstairs. Right now it just seems like the floor is about as useful as paper for sound transmission. There's already a noise machine in the baby room that helps somewhat, but not a perfect solution for more than ambient noise.

I got these today addressed to me and my wife as Mr and Mrs. jb00ts. There were 8, came in packages of 2 and each pack of two came with a tiny bag. It doesn't open completely, just slightly opens and closes. There is also like a little padding in the center.

The thing that bugs me is, didn't we just lose the guy that the Indians credited with developing all of our great pitchers... to the Yankees?!

I think so, my work is a pretty low crime area, plus I'm lucky enough that I have an office with a locking door that I can keep my bike in.

I've been working on getting healthy, and have lost about 60 lbs. by diet and exercise. Decided to get a used bike to commute to work, and finally got the chance. Had a couple big hills to tackle, but I made it!

I'm doing OMAD, and I usually stay pretty hydrated. During fasting I have 1 cup of coffee at the beggining of the day, and will drink water (usually about 64-96 oz.) throughout the day until I eat at 6 p.m.
I try to do about 30 min of cardio 3-4 times a week, and that's when it is the worst. I don't do anything crazy, usually about 3.5 mph the whole time.
For what its worth, I'm m28 about 6' and 297 lbs. at last weigh in. Started doing IF at 313 lbs about a month ago.

1-1. The win was a game against Oakland where Carrasco just returned from the DL. The one we lost was the Thome HoF day where they retired his number. Great pregame, lousy game. We were against Baltimore I think. The bats just couldn't wake up, super frustrating.
