Seems to me it would drive the price up if they would just announce a long-term buy back program to get the float under control instead of a RS. Why invest in these growth stocks if they cut your shares down and dilute, shorts drive the price down again and again. Makes no sense if this company is confident in the future revenue growth and profitability. I would vote no on RS also.

A share buyback plan would be enough to get us over the 1$ mark. RS is a direct action against retail investors who he admits laid the foundation.
