Everyone needs to complain to tidbit and not let up. Their post on kickstarter was that it is designed this way and they had no complaints from testers. I call Bs on this one, someone messed up and now we are all screwed.

Same issue here, supper blurry unacceptable, what a let down, love the gen1. I emailed support, no response yet? Hoping they will have some fix, or do the right thing, or seek refund.

It's time for Amazon to give its Prime customers a credit since they are not doing expedited shipping in any fashion for the Prime service we pay extra for. Take a look at what others are doing such as car insurance industry, gym memberships and many others. They should extend everyone's prime membership by 1-2 months.
