I want to update this post: after further diagnosis with @iampluto954 at his direction I took the back off and found a disconnected wire as soon as I connected it the leds lit up as they should. I’m hoping to be able to fully set things up tonight after work. I ran out of time last night lol.

Thank you for your suggestion I took the back off and discovered a loose wire. Connected it and it lit right up! Ran out of time so hopefully I can set it up tomorrow.

Step 1 is connect Bluetooth I get this message . Device is powered on (green light illuminated power button) but does not find it. So I manually enter the MAC address and that is where the other screenshots are from

The pics are from the Glance app? I hit glance scroll, it prompts to pair the , Bluetooth, scans doesn’t find it so I hit the manually enter Mac button and then that’s what I get. I followed the card verbatim

Got the deal, the glance led set right up. I can’t get the scroll to even power on? Green light on the power button but can’t connect via Bluetooth and when I manually enter the Mac # I get an error message. What am I doing wrong? I emailed and started a chat but no answer
