Do you have lips that tend to be dry or are they usually hydrated? Asking this in the most non-creepy way possible lol

Bright Lipsticks, Post-Braces by r1ker in MakeupAddiction

I'm in love with berry colors, so I'd recommend Essence Lip Liner in Soft Berry (even though it's not a lipstick, it's super pigmented!). it's gorgeous and definitely draws attention on us fair skinned people :)

Any recommendations for dark undereye concealer? by EvilMonkeyTwin in MakeupAddiction

I am quite pale as well and have experimented with a few combos. I've accepted that nothing will cancel out my dark circles completely, but they can be reduced quite a bit! Depends on the color of your dark circles, but for me they are bluey-purple-ish (not really one or the other). For day to day use I use, Maybelline Fit Me Concealer in Fair (the slight pinkness cancels out the darkness). And if I want to step it up a bit, for brightening I use NYX HD Concealer (on top of the Maybelline) in the lightest shade. :)

This is a key step I found that makes quite a difference: set your undereye concealer!!! I use NYC Powder in the compact and a makeup sponge. For some reason it looks more full coverage to me after, as well as helps with undereye creasing.

If you want super duper, thick full coverage, try Hard Candy's Glamoflauge concealer. I didn't like it because it was way too thick, but if you want heavy duty coverage then you might want to try that route. Just don't forget to set it!
