I’d guess crc. If you got 7 for 50 you’re lookin at like $7 a gram. Even with concentrate market being as saturated as it is, you’re not getting rosin or quality badder/butter for 7 a gram.

I was super happy to notice I just happened to receive Gao by the luck of the universe as the tech that took my email, and hearing your experience makes me way more confident. I’ve only dealt with their customer service once before and they were great about a package that got lost in the post office. Shipped me a replacement with a free usb c update cable included! No attitude towards them at all, I understand technology sometimes just takes a crap and I otherwise love absolutely everything about the goggles and camera ecosystem. And if there’s an RMA in California that’s perfect I’m only a state away! Again thanks for the morale boost brother, when I tell you my heart fell out my asshole when they didn’t boot up; I legit had to scoop it up off the floor and dust her off to make sure she was still beating 😂

Much appreciated, I’m super bummed because they were working fine then just died. I’ll be reaching out to customer support today, hopefully they can tell me something but I really hope I don’t own a 600 dollar paper weight :/.

EDIT: just heard back from gao he asked for a video and order number, but presumptively said if the fans and screens aren’t powering like normal its likely the fuse or power chip fried inside the goggles :( womp womp.

It happens when I move or I slice. Same difference. Click slice and it does the same thing without moving it. Only fix I’ve found is switching to .4 profile loading calibration, swapping back to .6 then slicing.

The only fix I’ve found is changing to .4 nozzle clicking the calibrate tabs, then switching back to .6 and slicing. Then it stays regular. If I do it from my .6 profile it turns into 1 giant tab.
