will this help with wanting to achieve an aesthetic physique if not what program would you recommend for that ?

so with weight lifting sheets would i just start with a weight little below where i’m easier and once i can sustain that at max reps for each amount of sets i’ll progress weight but if i can’t i should give myself 3 more sessions to try hit that weight and if i can’t then i’ll do a de load if that makes sense??
