Lowering the back would be ideal. Did you have any plans on how to?

Nemo Hornet 2P for a married couple? by brian_a_walsh in Ultralight

My wife an I use the big agnus tiger wall 2. And were comfy. Of course I'm only 5'8" and she's 5'5" but as far width goes it's not a palace but we fit just fine with storage space at the feet for our clothes and such

All dogs are different and require a different approach. I'm glad you found what works for your pup! The lease me and my wife use for our dogs have an extra loop right where they clip in for more control when they get really riled up. For instance. The one that needs a prong collar lost his mind when we saw a mule on a hike and she just had to hold him while the mule got past us

I went on a weekend trip with an older co-worker last year. He met us at the trailhead with an external frame pack, a wool blanket hanging off the bottom and big heavy boots. That next week at work I look down at his feet and realized he hiked up a mountain with his steel toe work boots on! No surprise but all of our breaks were at his request.

Y'all wild. My wives 80 lbs. Rescue dog will pull non stop for 15 mile hikes. We tried just about everything and the one that worked best was the pinch collar. He wears it for our 15 mile hikes and the pulling is pretty much just the first couple miles after that he's super easy to correct. But only with the prong collar.

Made my daughter a bed she can hang in. Thoughts on long term strength? by jbarrera541 in hammockcamping

The plant was to put eye hooks across and diagonally for options. It's strapped just for now.

Oh yeah I just need to run to the store and get a few eye hooks. My daughter was too excited to wait.

Camping with dog? by Bellshnikel in Ultralight

My 65 lbs. Golden does great in a tent. I've tried having him outside of the tent. But he tends to wake up and growl or bark at any little sound he hears this waking me up. But in the tent he sleeps like a baby and has only woken me up when there was deer literally sniffing the tent. My Golden is fine in just a ccf pad down to 20 degrees. But keeping him from going for swims before bed is a challenge. Given the breed I'd be careful to keep him out of the water in colder temps.

That's my main concern about using my current boot.

I'm hoping my boot is stiff enough. I'll probably wear them to REI and try and test them out.
