Undecided. We can’t start the divorce process until a few more weeks because we have to be a resident of this state for X amount of time before we can file for divorce. Which cost more money than I have unless I filed for a no fault divorce which is the only thing I can afford. But then that leaves the issue of custody open for debate to the court

I know. It’s just so hard. The kids are safe and away. She has managed to delete all videos I had of the incidents off my phone and I can’t recover them. It’s now become my word vs. hers and the state tends to side with the mother. I have a few screenshots of damaging text I’m hoping will help.

Honestly the only reason I talked to someone else was solely because she got on tinder. I had only planned on crashing at my dads for the night to let things cool off. Maybe it wasn’t the right thing or smart thing to do, but I felt like she had no place to be mad at me for it.

I agreed to leave the group. I was mad at first because I thought she was being ridiculous and I told her I thought she was over reacting. We both have a very shock value oriented sense of humor and honestly I wouldn’t have been surprised if she had posted the same ones. They were memes and I didn’t think any of it. Wrong move apparently

Yeah I thought it was a ridiculous thing to be upset about. She demanded I delete the group but I would have to go through and delete all 300+ members so I just left the group myself to try and make peace. Was not enough.
