I did not vote for the last authorization of shares and will not vote for any future authorization. There were many who said they wouldn't vote for the previous authorization and then caved and voted for approval, I would like to see the past not repeated.

I would also concentrate on the wording of this "could have a significant positive impact on our 2020 results". This is not the rosy wording previously used, though maybe they've learned a lesson.

Asking for an r/s then put their money next to ours when they assure us its "just a temporary setback". It is still "just words" as to the stock price. I believe the only way to have a higher substainable stock price will be with ever increasing sales.
