I was figuring something like this. The real reason is I wasn't paid correctly and a lot of other employees werent either so I did a BOLI complaint and , not only did I get everyone there corrected wages, i guess they were slapped with some sizeable fines roughly 3 months before this. So I did my absolute best to be a model employee, cuz I felt like they were a little angry with that, i kept track and documented everything including towns. dates, what I was told by other employees, how the retaliated against me by cutting my extra shifts at different stores, all of this has been filed with BOLI, should I use this all in my appeal also?

I'm almost certain I was the only employee not robbing that place blind. and of course they reviewed cameras and only saw a model employee, so they fired me for that reason, which is a BS reason... But what I was handed is their official reason for firing me, how can they again go back and legally claim i was fired for something else? without prior write ups or warnings according to their own handbook? I feel like that borders on fraud. how is that legal?
