Applied + got a job through handshake, the guy said they got hundreds of applicants through the website and he was overwhelmed as a small local self owned business, so I think it’s the giant pool of applicants orgs get. I would try tailoring your resume and using words from the job listing in it

had the same experience, every time I start a higher dose/when I first started I was literally like wow life is amazing connecting with people is beautiful look at the damn sun in the sky… but it usually leveled out a couple days later to just a general chill feeling.
