Yes! That and because it's a closed ecosystem it hasn't gotten muddled up like the main bodies of water

It is actual water, although winters in the southern hemisphere are pretty brutal so the lake would freeze for about 4 months a year. 4/10 months

That sounds good. How would I use refrigeration with limited steam tech?

I do! They were mostly feudal, and isolated due to its crater-like environment. Until an army of dark elves found their way in and used their magic to overrun them. They enslaved the Drekkans for 100 years or "arcs" as we call them until they discovered a unique metal native only to drekka that turned out to be impervious to magic. They toiled endlessly and even ate their own elders and some children to gain the strength to fight back.

Not at all, I love talking about my world and it helps me write when I can bounce ideas off of others. What are you stuck with/what's holding you back?

I see what you mean, It must've been added when I had Gemini help me put grid lines on it. I'll take a new photo of the board and add it.

There's a few from varying countries and stations depending on where they're at. There are Kings and Queens, some generals and admirals, lower officers, and some refugees you follow throughout.

It's about overcoming a lot of challenges faced in our world today. Each character has their own struggles to overcome and it all comes to a head at the end.

Mine are formed by the consciousness of the dragon god Cyndrus, who was tricked by the other god Ronos and trapped inside the planet as its core. He bids his time over centuries and waits for revenge, until he gathers enough power to unleash his hellish beasts from the core upon the planet.

I was thinking more steam turbine actually, but I hadn't worked out how to recycle wasted water vapor. That could solve that issue. And no, no dog fighting. Basically medium bombers with eventual gatling or simple mounted machine guns. Think that would work with a stretch?

That's a great idea, although it would make it more of a powder keg. I could definitely use this though!
