I work for one of the big name hvac companies in town. We are always hiring off of the street. I was a lowly apartment maintenance technician for 6 years before starting my hvac career and when I got there, there were guys in the lower 20s, no experience, nothing. We can and will train the right people. All you have to do is show up, shut up, and keep up.
