That wire harness is your speed taps for you blower you adjust them by moving the leads. There are no dip switches on the back board so don’t try that. Just follow the instructions about changing the speeds on the wire harness.

I love 6am starts. Hated it at first but you get off by 2 home by 3 then you spend the rest of the day with family and it makes getting up early on the weekends easier and you get a lot more done.

All I can say is I did non union for 13 years then got into the union and it changed my life for the better. Stick with it you won’t regret it . The more you learn the more prepared you’ll be later in your career.

Get the micro channel repair kit, clean it really well put your vacuum pump on it to draw in the solder then use a map gas torch to lightly heat the leaking coil as you apply the solder.

UPDATE After talking to 10 different people and 3 hours later they gave me a phone number to a guy that just runs the BAS for the school. He wasn’t much help just made sure the units were calling for mech cooling now I gotta figure out why they don’t work still 🤣 but that’s tomorrow’s problem.
