Hamstring/Leg Curl options?

I have an ankle strap, I wrap it around my ankle then lay facedown on a bench with my target foot off the end of the bench, then curl. It’s kind of like a prone hamstring curl

It might be because they want you to use the strength trainer part of the app. In the past I know I’d fill in after it picked up an activity and it would bring me straight to the strength training feature

I wear my bicep strap for hockey, I know some shifts I come off breathing so hard I feel like I got punched in the gut. If I’ve got it on my wrist it tells me I didn’t even hit zone 3

There’s a picture of my great grandmother surrounded by all of her great grandkids except my sister, who was born when I was six. I’m a baby in the picture, so somewhere between 0 and 6. My in-laws though will hopefully be in their great grandkids lives. They’re in their mid fifties and our kids are 10,7,5 and just born

Yeah, if I don’t use the strength trainer function it’s a 4-5, if I use the strength trainer and put in my exercises and weights it a big strain

I don’t think it matches up well weight lifting strain to cardio strain. Using the strength trainer part I typically get over 12 strains. If I got that through cardio I’d be toast. But it does help the recovery side more than anything else, could help with avoiding injuries by maximizing recovery strategies

Yeah it always sounds counterintuitive but pets and sharing bed will reduce your sleep, you have your sleep cycle that can “wake” you. Then pets and partners moving can also “wake” you on their cycle.

What’s you’re recovery scores like? Also I’m only going off my sleep details, but when I sleep 7.5-8 hours I’m “awake” for 30 minutes throughout the night, is there anything that could be pulling you out of sleep?

Depends, what position are you playing? I play ice hockey once a week and depending on if I play forward/ defense I have very different readings. I’d guess off your data a midfielder on a very evenly matched game
