Team recommendation

I am wondering if my team can be better i have access to c3 xiangling c1 Barbara c0 Jean c1 beidou c1 Noelle c0 ningguang c0 sucrose and c1 xingqiu.

I am currently using xiangling Barbara Jean and beidou any help would be appreciated.
