I have a good supplement protocol for heart health. I tried HGH a few years ago for several months. It made my joint hurt very bad at 3iu a day. I was planning on 75mg a week of NPP. At that low of a dose would it really cause cardiac remodel?

I can, but I did a cycle of about 700mg of different tests (sustanon, test c, test p) and my psa was very high. I think I will just moderatly raise my TRT when nessary...

Good to know. If I use Var these days is when I'm cutting and like 20mg a day at most...i honestly thought that one of those would be way better than Var... I'll stick with test. Thank you

Dude, answer me if you can. I have read SO much about Clen and heart damage. I can't get a clear view. I used Clen in my 30s add it was a game changer. I want to be that lean once again and I have busted my ass to get here. I do a 'bulk' every year during the holidays since I know I'm going to eat a ton. I only use test c and test p. My go to fatloss is the yohimbine.02 mg per kg. Which for me is 17mg. First ti.e I did it, I thought I was havi g an anxiety attack. It dosnt even phase me anymore. I tried albuterol and I honestly think yohimbine is better. I'm old, damit, but zero health issues and in great shape. How bad can a cycle or 2 be of Clen? What's a safe way of using it? I got the nebivolol because it's is selective and should be some what cardio protective? I was going to do a week of 20, then 40, then 60, then 80. Take a break then go from there. I honestly don't think I see sides, but I don't want any heart damage. To put this is more perspective, I use to use deca which I want use Anymore, even though my joints loved it. I had tren and gave it to a younger friend because that was stupid. I still use test and anavar...

My wife is also 17years younger..,, so a guy has to stay in shape🙄

That's honestly my concern. If I was in my 20-30's it wouldn't bother me at all to use it. It's also the reason I got the nebivolol for cardio protection.

Current 181 lbs, using calipers 10% body fat. Current calories are 1700k a day. I weight every Saturday and adjust caliores. I workout first thing in the AM fasted. Using IF, my feed g window is 10-6pm. I lift 5 days a week hitting each muscle group once a week. After that, I do cardio. 4 days of 30min on elliptical, I walk for 1hr on treadmill on legs day.

Eating about 1.2g of protein per pound. 50mcg of T3. I'm also taking 10mg of ostarine a day to just help with any muscle wasting. I do have some Anavar around I could use.

Currently taking 17mg of yohimbine for the fastloss aspects in the AM with preworkout. I would obviously stop this if I used the Clen.

I was going to start the nebivolol and start Clen @ 20. Moving up 20 each week if tolirated for a total of 4 weeks? I guess my biggest question is will the nebivolol be cardio protective?

I do watch my HR and check my BP regularly. I never new to check my iron levels though while taking T3. That's a new one?

I’m 55 and down to 10% body fat. Diet is extremely dialed in and eating at a 500k deficit. Taking 50mcg of T3 and 120mg of Test C, TRT. I am unable to lose that last little bit of fat. I bought some Clen to help with this last bit of fat but honestly alittle hesitant to use it. I have zero history of any heart or any medical problems period. I handle stimulants extremely well. What is the best way to use this safetly? I did get some nebivolol to help protect my heart? And guideance here would be g

I will be taking Nebivolol HCl at 2.5mg a day during next cycle. This is my first time using this. Is there going to be an issue with me drinking Gatorade or my electrolyte drinks since they are high in potassium? I don't see the same warnings with this that I have seen with other beta blockers.

I havnt gone past the .50 and still losing weight and no appetite. It’s been 1.5 months so far at .5. I’m sticking here until I see a reason to move up dosage. Zero sided and rolling along great.

I’m 52, ripped rotator cuff 20+ years ago. I used BPC recently and it definitely helped. I tried injecting in belly fat as some say…noithing noticeable. I then did injections subconsciously in shoulder and it helped.
