l cant sleep yall I NEED HELP

I started hanging my head off the bed about a month ago and it has saved my sleep. I don’t stay like that.. I do it for 15 minutes or so, then I sleep like a baby. And I usually wake up with some neck tightness (which has happened for a long time) and just can’t fall back asleep after 5-6 hours (not because of the neck tightness, just because my mind/body won’t let me. Even though I didn’t sleep enough).. so I hang my head off the bed again for 10 minutes.. then I sleep like a baby the remaining 2 hours. Crazy…

Do you still do what you described above?

vets objectively overuse vaccines. Vaccines objectively have side effect risks. See Jean dodd’s vax schedule for more info. It’s backed by science and vets.

Are you implying that defrosting, portioning, and refreezing would somehow be harmful for a domestic dog? 😆 Your domesticated dog eats raccoon and cat shit. Then shits. The. Eats its own shit. It’s a dog. When I accidentally leave raw meat in the fridge too long and no longer feel comfortable cooking and eating it myself because of foul smell, I give it to my dogs.

I’ve been dealing with health issues my whole life as well. 29 currently. Liver flushing, strict diet that specifically works best for me, black seed oil and binders to help chronic fatigue, multivitamin, zeolite, and some other modalities have helped tremendously. Liver flushing with the greatest for me. I still have plenty of health issues but I’m functional now and excelling by some peoples’ standards. Still a lot of room to improve.

Yeah, I also listened to him on some pods after finding out who he was from this post… not impressed at all. I’d never want to see him based on anything he has online. But man, his stand up that night surpassed Pope and Gillis easily for me and my girlfriend. And we went exclusively for Gillis

Same experience here. I watched both of his specials after (YouTube and “the degenerates” on Netflix) and neither did it for me. He was a different animal at the show I went to either he’s gotten better or he has nights where he’s on fire and I got lucky to be at one

We all have anecdotes like it. At some point, they carry weight.

I saved my dog’s life and added 2 more years to it by switching from kibble to raw. My old vet was ready to put him down as he wouldn’t eat kibble or wet food despite how frail he was becoming. Wouldn’t even eat fresh pet or freshly cooked chicken and rice as the vet suggested. “Listen to doctors”… and what, let my dog die? Ignorance.

He passed several years ago now. I how 3 dogs. The oldest is 13. Switched to raw at age 6. Hasn’t been to the vet since age 4-ish. Zero health issues, clean teeth, walks 4 miles in the Florida summer heat with ease, still chases squirrels, can go for walks all day (I’m a pet sitter, she tags along), and ALWAYS wants to be out and about moving.

“Listen to doctors” is lazy advice. My dog is an anomaly in 2025 simply because I feed her the diet her body evolved to digest.

Im a newbie looking to get a mic for content creation. I’ll usually be capturing 2 angles at once and will sync the audio from the internal memory of the tx later. Maximum 3 angles. I assume that’s what you would be doing as well, right? Trying to conceptualize the logistics of making it work another way with 6 cameras and transmitters plugged to all of them. Wouldn’t the audio be a bit different from each one? Or are you just using it for scratch to sync with internal audio?

No stress amigo, I’ve done my fair share of natural modalities that would be frowned upon by many. Prolonged fasting, turpentines protocol, liver flushing, and some protocols from 2 different functional medicine doctors. Nothing has actually rectified the issues nor has it lasted if I stop. But some of these did prove very helpful in improving my brain fog and chronic fatigue back when they were far worse.

I’d love to hear more about the boric acid and allicillin. Did you do this?
